Orders can be placed online at www.tuckerjamesdesigns.com at any time. The Tucker James Designs’ concierge will confirm any custom order outside the limit set by the site (ex: additional wording, symbol, diamond color, etc.).

Estimated delivery times for items not in stock are between 3-4 weeks. If the item is ready before the allotted window, the item will ship as soon as it’s complete. You will be notified via email when your order ships as well as given the tracking information. Orders placed during the Holiday season may take longer than the allotted window. In such instances, the Tucker James Designs’ concierge will notify you of any expected delays.

Tucker James Designs reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by the company.
