Please include your name, address, phone number, order number and repair issue. You will be issued a repair number prior to sending it back. Please be sure to print this on the package.

Tucker James Designs will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after the 60 days or deemed to be caused by everyday wear will incur a repair charge at the client’s expense including shipping. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and communicated prior to the repair process beginning.
