Orders are processed pending availability of your item and credit card verification. We will contact you if there are any issues with your order.

All orders will require a signature upon delivery. 

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12PM CST will begin processing that day and will ship within 2-3 business days after the item's production is completed.

Orders placed Monday - Friday after 12PM CST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 2-3 business days after the item's production is completed.

Orders placed on Friday after 12PM CST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

All of our fine jewelry is custom made to order in Chicago and may take up to 4 weeks for production.

Please email or call for any special request quotes and custom alterations.

Tucker James Designs does not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or company observed holidays. The following holidays are observed:

• President's Day
• Memorial Day
• Independence Day
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving Day
• Day after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

Tucker James Designs is unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses.

At this time, Tucker James Designs is unable to ship to any International addresses or process International credit cards - please contact us for any possible exceptions.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders over $500.00 will require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Tucker James Designs is not responsible for any lost packages, delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Tucker James Designs. If your order is sent back to us by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you may be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order. At this time, Tucker James does not accept shipping accounts provided by the customer.
